"We visited Meeru on our honeymoon and it really is a paradise! We didn’t realise that for the snorkel trips you need to bring your own snorkels so remember to rent them from the dive centre at $10 a day which is well worth it as you can snorkel from the beach as well and see plenty! The food is amazing and if you can, book the beach dinner on the Friday as the buffet was superb! The evening entertainment when we were there wasn’t to our taste as it was a little bit slow but we think they may just be the laid back vibe of the Maldives. "

"My wife and I were extremely well looked after by all of the staff and the facilities that were made available to us were excellent. Luckily the resort wasn’t fully occupied which meant that we could take our time at meal times and the beach areas gave us some privacy and quiet time which was perfect for some relaxation."
