"We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. I stupidly didn't look at the reviews however the reviews are true. You will end up with no where to stay. You are supposed to contact the owner 48 hours before checking in to sort out check-in details as I guess the key is in a key box or something, however the owner never responds so you can't check in.
You are also supposed to download a crib surfer app, which doesn't exist so can't be downloaded!
Now having to go through the hassle of chasing a refund.
This accommodation should be removed from your site as it appears none has actually been able to stay here in the past."
"I had a good couple of nights here. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I was upgraded to a double from a single room. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. It is tucked away in a pretty little square of Hull centre, you’ll feel that you are somewhere else! No offence to Hull, I am from here and do love it but the town centre is not the prettiest! Well worth the money."
