"Room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Really well located with a metro station just round the corner. Bar and food court too so you can eat or have a drink until late. The room was pretty quiet so no disturbance from this either. I liked the addition of books in the room in case I fancied reading something (although my French level wouldn't help me understand much) but would be a great place to leave something if I was at the end of a book I'd brought along. The lady on the front desk was really nice and always greeted me with a smile and was really helpful with helping me with luggage storage as I arrived into Lille quite early. It was only a 20 minute walk for me into central Lille but there is plenty nearby too so you'll never be stuck for things to do."

"The room is clean and tidy. Staff at reception are very helpful. The inclusive breakfast has a wide range of food available, and the sitting area is pleasant and clean. However the lift is a big frustration. Only one is working throughout our stay. It is small and waiting to get in can be quite long. The hygiene just outside the main entrance of the hotel is poor with unpleasant smell. Not sure why it is not cleaned regularly"
