"Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. The property are now ignoring hotels.com and therefore no refund will be issued. Utter madness. I have used this website for many stays over many years. I will not be using again"

"Like my stay last year, the doors of adjoining rooms get slammed at all hours, so maybe adults need reminding by a sign on the doors to be thoughtful to others. The room was perfect, the view I wanted and paid for was better than expected. There is of course need for licks of paint and perhaps in room furniture in need of tlc or upgrade, but for me, it adds to the "age". If you want modern, go elsewhere but the price is reflective of the location, so all things being equal. I am satisfied with my stay. "

"We booked in here the night before we went to see the horse racing at Market Rasen. It was great. You had a lounge with sofa, coffee table, tv and at the other end was oven and electric rings. The bathroom had a shower and sink. Bedroom had a full sized double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. I was surprised at the size of the apartment (a lot bigger than I thought it would be). It is set in beautiful grounds with horses in the nearby fields, a lovely lake with an island. and surrounded by the beautiful countryside. We met the owner when we were leaving - a really lovely, friendly man. If we go back that way we will definitely book the apartment again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of staying there. 5*****"
