"Very good hotel in the middle of the city. The secure parking is excellent and directly below the reception. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant as thanks to the protesting farmers our 6 hour journey took 12 hours instead of 6! "We only stayed 1 night on our way to Zarautz. The staff was very nice and accomodating, check in was fast and easy. They offer parking for 10 Euro which is nice since area is mostly residential and parking on the street not easily available. Overall, very nice stay. "
