Breakfast was fine, I just wish there was scrambled eggs everyday as an option. Every staff member was very very nice. No complaints at all with anything. Room was clean and very modern and updated. Love the 24/7 coffee. And the cocoa table was an added plus! Did not use the pool area. Halls were clean and warm. Elevator worked well and was cleaned daily. We will add this property to our annual Hershey trip.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Very close to Hershey Park, which was great after a long day. Even with the hotel being fully booked, parking was available. The hotel was fully booked and there were some kids in the hallway playing and slamming doors, but the staff managed the issue pretty well. Overall, great value, would return.

The room was great for our family of four. Only negative thing is that the bathroom door was hard to open back and forth. Must of had something to do with the flooring being uneven. Everything else was great. The breakfast was a hit with our teens. Will stay here again.
