"The staff was very helpful & friendly!
There is no continental breakfast, don’t bother trying the room coffee packets as they are horrible; the lobby coffee is much better. Free water bottles are available for the asking at the front desk, so nice!
The shower stall needs updating, as it has a shower curtain which doesn’t keep the water from leaking out & the ledge to the shower is low, it
which doesn’t retain the shower water; there is water all over the floor with every shower taken."
"They accommodated guests by allowing them to swim at the neighboring hotel that was within walking distance due to the pool being out of order. Staff was very polite and helpful. The air conditioner made a squeaking noise which caused some interrupted sleep and the breakfast was average."
"The room could have been cleaned better. The vacuuming the room and sweeping of the bathroom were not well done at all. The property had trash all over from the restaurant next door that just laid there all weekend, the older lady working the front desk was wonderful. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was lacking. Very minimal items with biscuits you have to microwave yourself. Seems some updates need to be made for that."
"Usually as long as the room is clean, and spacious enough for my husband and me, I give 5 stars. The Travelodge, however, did not have a staff. The office was at the Baymont across the street. Strange. 1st time ever, 2 hotels, 1 check-in location. I would have preferred to stay at the Baymont. I asked for a room on ground floor, so we did not have to take luggage upstairs. The woman (very nice) was looking thoroughly on her computer, like they might not have a room downstairs. When we drove to our room the parking lot had ONE CAR besides our own. The next morning a few people were walking around (without cars?). Are they long-term residents, without cars? Unsure whether they were doing renovations, or what was the mystery. I could have read reviews, and they might answer my questions? Nothing in particular why I gave overall 4 stars not 5, but it was not a top-tier extra clean hotel. Always nice to have a lower price, though."
"Good breakfast, well appointed room (suite with kitchenette), new exercise equipment in the fitness room, convenient location, quiet. Manager worked with me to allow a full 4 week stay without interruption at a reasonable price."
