"The staff at this resort all acted like it was their first day on the job. I was told by a manager that they were 170 members short, just in the service end of the business. It showed. Out of six meals, two were given to us because of poor quality and or service. I would highly suggest an Omni rep contact me ASAP. This is the fourth Omni. I’ve stayed at this year alone, and the second time I’ve stayed at this particular Omni. It was not Omni quality and or standard standards. There should be serious discounts and were refunds issued."

"There was quite a bit of hair in the tub around the drain when we first checked in. It was kind of icky to see that. The room itself was nice though. I'd go back when I want to visit Snowshoe, WV or the surrounding area. The property is right in the middle of the village, which is nice. Close to restaurants and shops."

"It’s a charming little town and a charming Inn. Fairly old, but you can say they are doing the best they can maintaining the property. I stayed at the “Loft”. Room is on a smaller side, with a bathroom that needs updating. Complimentary breakfast delivered in the basket. Lovely."

"Hello, Stayed 2 nights in the compact full room upstairs. It is newly renovated and I was the 1st guest. There was plenty of room for me to move around comfortably. The lighting was sufficient and the window provided enough natural light. There were sufficient number of hangers. Bed was firm and comfortable and the comforter was very warm on the 1st night and just right on the 2nd night when it was colder. There was a extra heavier blanket that was good for the 1st night. The bathroom is on the smaller side and is as shown in the photos. It is enough to use it for what it is needed for. Plenty of hot water and towels. The room opened to the outdoor patio which has a nice view and would have made for a good spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee...if it was not as cold and rainy. There were other guests in the inn but it was quite and only saw them during breakfast. Breakfast was...bagels, english muffin, fruits, yougurt, oatmeal packets etc.. enough for a good start in the morning and the coffee and tea are available through out the day. The narrower stairs to the upstairs room are not a problem with smaller luggage and there is plenty of light through out the house. There are books and puzzles if you don't want to watch TV or be outside. The wi-fi was good and was needed as the cell service was choppy. It was wonderful to wake up listening to the birds in the morning. The host is very responsive. This is a wonderful place to stay among nature."

"I was not given the WiFi code, got it from the cleaning woman’s daughter, the tub did not have a stopper? I couldn’t darken the tv screen. No one answered the local phone on Sunday. Or sat night."
