"It's an older motel, but it's being renovated. The heat lamp bulbs in the bathroom were missing and you could see a little age in the bathroom, but it was clean. No mold or mildew on the shower curtains, that was great. The room was spacious and clean. Nee flooring in the room and the sink was in great shape. Ice bucket had a crack in the bottom, but that was replaced. I would recommend some sort of black out shade for the window. While the current shade does a good job of blocking most light, a decent amount does still get through.
It's a great place for an overnight stop to rest. The room was comfortable the a/c unit worked great. Patty's Restaurant is across the street and you will be full when you leave.
Staff was very friendly."
"4pm check in Arrived @5. Had to ring bell for service. Waited 10 minutes for rm key to be made.staff was nice.room dated, but was clean. Definitely older motel. Felt safe. No issues. Would stay again."
"The room was dirty. I spilled some water and when I cleaned it, my towel was black. At check-in the staff so so loud inside the lobby that I had to ask the receptionist to repeat her questions to me. There was no coffee/tea maker or even plastic cups to drink from. There was a huge spider crawling around the bathroom sink. This just wasn't a good experience for me. "
"The bed and bathroom were clean. However the floor was filthy. I spilled a little water. When I wiped it up the paper towels were black. You could feel the grit on your feet.
I and my mother are disabled. We stayed in the handicapped room. The beds were so high I had to help my mother up into the bed and then it was my turn.
The bathtub was also very high. It was hard to step over to take a shower.
Also the staff and his kids were playing volleyball right by my brand new car."
