Overall a good stay. Check-in did take a while because there were some complications with the guest before us but the wait does not fall on the staff. They did what they were able and brought out another member to help with the line of guests. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The property itself is old so the room does feel a little cramped. It is on a major street which conveniently has many shops and restaurants providing a lot of dining options and easily accessible stores if you forget anything. It does tend to get loud early morning though. The location is close to many freeway entrances making it easy to get to many places throughout OC.

Very outdated!! The staff were so nice and friendly!! Rooms were old and musty. The air conditioning unit was very loud. We didn’t have hot water for showers on the 3rd day that we stayed but they fixed that for our 4th day.
