The front desk staff Reggie was very nice. The room was a bit outdated but still clean. They provided two drink tickets for Happy Hour in the lobby and a lot of options for breakfast.

Clayton Plaza Hotel & Extended Stay
The staff was kind and responsive to questions and concerns. However, the hotel.feels ready for a significant update. In the hallways and our room had very strong aromas of disinfectant and deodorizors. We got a new room when we shared that the intense odor challenged our asthma.

White House at Grand Central
The rooms were FREEZING!!!!! staff is in a different building. they told me to “wait for it to warm up”…so I had to leave for hours…it never warmed past 66 degrees.
