"Had a confirmation on a room with 2 queen beds. Received a room with one king bed and was charged the two queen bed price. A $20 difference. Luckily we caught the issue prior to leaving and had the problem rectified. The room was not well cleaned, the water out of the sink was milky white and only enough towels for one person. Because we were tired and the bedding appeared to be clean enough and no sign of bed bugs. We stayed the night. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to booking. I expected much better from a Radisson Hotel."

"From the dystopic check-in kiosk talking to someone hundreds of miles away to people shouting at night, from the TV that had no programming to the bedside plugs not working, this is a bare-bones motel and nothing more. Not sure if any humans are actually working at this hotel..."

"Overall stay was okay, room was spacious. AC was good. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and breakfast was good as well.
Rooms were dated and definitely needed upkeep. There was no room service for the 2 nights we stayed.
It’s definitely very conveniently located off the highway. I wish the rooms were a bit more fresh/updated.
Staff was great and helpful, breakfast was great with a bunch of options and ample parking."

"Great hotel if you're wanting to go shopping. It's close to Woodfield Mall and all the other shopping areas nearby. There are restaurants close by as well. Free breakfast was good and the staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and accommodating. My only complaint is that you can hear literally everything that is happening outside your door and above your head. It didn't have much impact on our stay, but it was a bit noisy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay for people who are looking for a place to rest their heads after going shopping."

"Do not stay here. Room was dirty, smelly, hot, and run down. People just walking around everywhere in the parking lot and hanging out in lobby. "

"The rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and the doors felt extremely unsafe even when locked. The bathrooms kept clogging, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The staff was rude and completely unwelcoming, showing little to no concern for guests. The entire building looked poorly maintained and in bad condition. On top of that, the bed sheets were dirty and had blood stains and other suspicious marks on them, which was honestly disgusting and unacceptable.
What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to rest and enjoy your trip, I strongly do NOT recommend staying here.
