One of the most amazing properties we have ever stayed at. The staff are amazing- very friendly and overly accommodating. We are not typically fans of the food at all inclusive resorts, but the food was incredible. We will absolutely return. Special shout out to Turquoise manager Hady and his amazing staff. Fauzey in the beach area was very kind and always helped us find a spot. Sammy was another wonderful staff member in the beach area. I cant say enough about their exceptional customer service. Bravo Rixos Hurgada!!!!

Amazing vacation

It was the 1st time for me to try rixos chains but definitely it will not be the last. The hotel facilities and services is perfect. The stuff was very helpful and the room was clean and tidy. The shuttle bus is fast every 5 to 10 mins there is a shuttle bus. You don't need to wait along to find a place in the shuttle bus. The kids club was perfect my daughter like it very much and the stuff was very friendly. We need to thank Marian from the kids club . Regarding the alcart restaurant. It was amazing a big thank to Salt restaurant and youssry from Salt ,mangal restaurant (big thank to chef Reda and Mohamed) and people's. The food was superb and very tasty. You have alot of varieties and with a very good quality. Thank you Islam from turquoise restaurant.

Pros - LUXURY at its finest! - Given welcome drink while waiting for check-in then taken in a golf buggy on a tour of the resort on our way to our room - Friendly and helpful staff - We had garden view suite, which was very spacious with separate sleeping and seating area. The garden view was lovely and I could partially see the sea! - Luxury toiletries in the bathroom - Bathrobes and slippers in the room - Choice of 4 A La Carte restaurants which you need to reserve either 1 day before or you can try on the day (we managed to reserve the Asian restaurant on the day). You can reserve the restaurants more than once, apart from salt, which you can only reserve once - Great variety of amenities included in all inclusive package- gym, ice cream cafe, hot drink and cake cafe, outdoor exercise classes, sports facilities, bars - We were always able to get a Sun lounger; the lifeguards were very observant in making sure people didn’t reserve loungers then go off for ages; I preferred lounging by the lotus pools as it was quieter and less busy, I lounged by the main pool a few times and enjoyed the vibe. I was glad to have options - Good variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main buffet restaurant (turquoise); if you missed lunch then there was another restaurant open for a later lunch (people’s) and also a snack bar (beach snaxx) Cons - hot chocolate machine was hit and miss -evening entertainment was repetitive; it would have been good to have more culture

I faced so many problems with the property first of all with the booking . I booked and entered both of my children’s age which are 3 and 5 they said no you need to pay extra cause one of the children is above 2 ?? I entered that I didn’t surprise you and made me feel that they are doing me a favor in which they need to update their Expedia requirements .Second issue I ordered skin cream from the pharmacy the security guy at the door refused to deliver or to contact the front office and demanded me to go and retrieve it my self ALTHOUGH the guest next to me was delivered the pharmacy at the pool . Third issue my wife kids and I were sitting on the beach in a restaurant that is a chilling point and not a reservation kind of diner the guy came to me and told me it’s reserved I asked him are you asking me to leave he said yes. I’ve been to Rixos sharm 4 times and Rixos JBR and DIFC this is the by far the worst Rixos I’ve ever been to l, the staff are extremely untrained for hospitality. Worst hotel experience I have faced in a long time property rooms beach are flawless. Staff treatment guest relation guess this brand is not for you

wir waren das erste mal auf hurghada und waren wirklich sehr positiv überrascht von der ganzen anlage, das essen die freundlichkeit ist unglaublich. ich möchte mich gerne bei dem animations team bedanken osama, jimmy mostafa und noha einfach ganz tolle menschen . ausserdem möchte ich samy von der beachbar hervorheben er ist ein so herzlicher mensch sehr sehr aufmerksam er ist so fleissig. es ist bestimmt nicht einfach getränke auf ein tablett im sand zu servieren. er hat unser herz. ein sehr dankbarer bodenständiger junger mann. ich hoffe das wir ihn wieder treffen würden wenn wir nochmal ins rixos kommen. mahmud abdel von der beachbar ein toller junge sehr aufmerksam … überaus freundlich.

I recently stayed at Rixos Premium Magawish Suites and Villas, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff here is nothing short of amazing and accommodating, ensuring that every guest feels special. This resort is incredibly family-friendly, making it a perfect choice for those traveling with loved ones. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and spacious, offering a luxurious retreat. Housekeeping is always available, ensuring that the rooms are spotless and comfortable throughout the stay. The dining options are excellent, with several restaurants offering a variety of delicious dishes. However, I found the buffet to be exceptional, with fresh and well-maintained food that could easily satisfy any palate. I celebrated my birthday at the Brazilian restaurant, and the experience was unforgettable. The staff made it so special, and I want to extend a special thank you to Heba, Peter, and Ahmed for providing such a fantastic dining experience. Overall, Rixos Premium Magawish Suites and Villas exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly stay in Hurghada. We recently had our family vacation at Rico’s hurghada Staff was amazing ,sayed who cleaned our room on daily basis and Ayman Mansour who served at the salt restaurant were amazing Phebe ,Ahmed and Sylvia reception staff also helped us and were amazing Rooms were spacious and meticulously cleaned every day Can’t say enough to thank staff and management at Rixos Hurgadah Will definitely go back again Hany Mansour Travelled with my family
