The room was nice and reasonably clean. The property was in the middle of being renovated and that's good, because it looked like it hadn't been since the 70's!! Location was close to town and area attractions.

The staff was very welcoming & the room was certainly adequate for the rate, but the hotel itself is majorly lacking curb appeal. The roof that was once covering the convention area appeared to be caving in & the "grass" was all weeds. I actually had second thoughts about staying at this hotel based on the approach and appearance.l

Outside had us a little leary, it appeared quite run down but they must be putting quite a few updates in because the rooms were updated & in very good condition. I'd stay here again!

The Econolodge was connected to a Clarion. The main check in building looked like it had had a fire. However, the gentleman who checked me in was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

Out of all the hotels in the area this is one of the cleaner ones in the affordable price range. You can tell they are putting effort into improving the property. Yes, the rooms are slightly dated but they are clean. The beds were comfortable. The TV was a good size. The only drawback was there was not a microwave in the room. They do provide a nice sack breakfast for free which was also appreciated.
