This was one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in (and I have high standards for what I consider clean). I highly recommend! Beds were comfortable, check in was easy, common areas were great, all instructions were well laid out. TV's in great room & both bedrooms as well as charging blocks on each night stand & side tables throughout. This is a first floor unit, so you don't have to lug your belongings up any flights of stairs (which we saw other people having to do).
We loved the lazy river and water slide. They had pool towels in the unit, but don't forget your pool floats! If you have kids, there is a fun plex right across the street with bowling, mini golf, laser tag, aracade games, etc. There is a basketball court (a hit with my kids) and tennis court on site and you can visit the other pools in the complex.
There are not a lot of food options in the immediate area, but you can drive about 10-15 minutes to St. George. We didn't have any problems getting delivery via Uber Eats either, but do expect it to take a little longer. There is a liquor and wine store and gas station located in the immediate area and a Walmart about 5 miles away.
Zion was a 50 minute drive, and it was about 2 hours to Bryce Canyon. Both were easy drives.
They do charge for early check ins. My only complaint was that you could hear the people in the unit above you walking around. Other than that though, it was fabulous and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
