Our stay at the Paris was overshadowed by the fact that we were assigned an accessible room. The room had some wear to it. It also wasn’t the cleanest. It made me sad for the guests that truly need accessibility because they deserve better of at least equal treatment. We toured our friends room that were in regular rooms and those were in WAY better shape than the one we were assigned. By the time we realized we were in an “accessible” room it was too far into the trip to ask for a new room. We were on a time crunch with our itinerary. This experience alone made us not want to go to back to the Paris Resort ever again. I do want to mention that the places we ate at were great, however, room service brought us cold food. Again, we didn’t have time to complain so we just dealt with it. I did try to reach out to Paris customer service after the trip but it was a nightmare trying to get through to someone. I may give the Paris another try but it’s not at the top of my list. I forgot to mention the pool was fun and relaxing. Service at all the restaurants and pool area was great. No complaints there.

Everything about this resort is top notch! The atmosphere reminds me of our trip to Venice… the suite was amazing and so many restaurants to choose from we didn’t leave the property
