Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Housekeeper took the dirty towels but didn't replace on the second day. However, as soon as we contacted front desk about it, they came back with the towels fairly quickly. Pool area and the change rooms were maintained well.

We love staying at the otter and the canoe. Everyone is always ao friendly and helpful and the bus passes and schedule for shuttles provided is so helpful and so easily accessible. Banff is my favourite place in Canada to be

Kitchen was not properly stocked. No salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. When we asked for it, they brought us small sachets instead of actual shakers. Laundry washer was dirty and had a smell to it. Shower faucets were dirty/rusted. Also parking is not designated and not guaranteed. We had to find parking outside which was far one night. And no smart tv. For the price, they are charging i’d recommend looking at other properties. This places needs a few updates.

We had a lovely stay at Chateau Canmore, our room was well appointed for our group and we were happy there was a fridge, complimentary coffee and access to a kettle. The beds were comfortable and despite it being a very busy holiday weekend, the hotel was nice and quiet at night. Counter staff were kind and accommodating. My only criticisms would be, the parking- the lot was so full and the stalls were super tight, making it difficult at times to park. The elevator was so slow and packed, not sure how to remedy this, but it was apparent the facility was in the midst of an upgrade. I would certainly recommend and or stay here in the future!
