"Quaint property with a cutie greeter named Winston. Be careful. He gives side eye. lol. Rooms are clean, water is hot! Room has a fridge and tv. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but we are used to our bed. The only downfall is that it faces the main road that truckers use…all…might…long😐. Not a quiet room by far. I would stay there again but ask for a backside room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice hotel. Needs a bit of an update though."

"We have stayed at this property many times in the last several years without issue but, our most recent stay was not pleasing. We were awoken in the wee hours of the morning by a group of young people running and screaming in the hallway outside or our room. When I reported this to the person at the front desk upon checkout, I was offered the excuse of "We had a college tennis team staying here last night" like it was acceptable behavior. I told her it wasn't acceptable for them to act like animals and that we were very displeased with out stay. She simply gave me an "Oh Well" gesture and sent us on our way. Everything else about the property was great. The complimentary breakfast was especially good. The person in charge does a great job of preparing a nice variety of fresh hot breakfast items."

West Plains Motel
"There was no one there at 3:00 pm to check us in. We arrived at 2:45 and was told it would be an hour and a half before check in. He told me to apply for a refund and there would be no problem. Now I've been told by someone else that we were there before 3, so tough luck and no refunds. This is a terrible place, Dumpy and there were only construction workers staying there. I tried to give business to an older property with local owners, NEVER AGAIN. This place steals your money."
