"We got there after midnight and were afraid we couldn't get in. We called the number on the door and got instructions to get in a room. It was clean and well-supplied. We had access to a full kitchen and only saw 2 other people. It was a quick stop, but exactly what we needed!"

"We arrived on our first day in Iceland and drove directly to the guesthouse. We were welcomed very friendly and I almost felt sorry for just wanting to get some rest as the guy at the reception was very eager to tell us everything we should see on the northern part of the island. "Brimslod Atelier Guesthouse was lovely. Our room was on the second floor, with a great view over the water. It was the only spacious room we had during our 10 days in iceland, and it was very comfortable. We had dinner in the onsite restaurant, and it was delicious. We were the only guests for dinner that night, so we had a chance to talk with the owner and ask questions about the area.
