"Absolutely stunning hotel with gorgeous sea views. The staff were fantastic and made us feel so welcome and informed. We were greeted at the Ferry terminal by the hotel concierge who took our luggage in the hotels private electric buggy car……very cute and exclusive. The stroll to the hotel from the Port is around 8 mins for frequent walkers, and bars, restaurants, shops are around the port itself. The hotel rooms are extremely clean and comfortable as is the rest of the hotel. Swimming pool is a lovely temperature and there is plenty of choice in the way of sun-beds and chairs to relax on. Great choice of food from the indoor restaurants for breakfast, dinner and lunch, as well as great out bar with light bites. Overall a wonderful stay, we will most definitely return."

The amenities were excellent, the location couldn’t be better, and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding – both in quality and in the breathtaking view that came with it. The only downside was that the room felt quite small, but overall, the experience more than made up for it. "Enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. Walking distance to the downtown stretch and beautiful harbor views. As typical there is no AC and only a sheet is provided as cover on the bed. There was a standing fan tho, and the balcony was a great addition!"

"They upgraded our room so we had a mini suite and it was nice. Beachfront is difficult to enter the water. Go to the beach to the left as you face the water. Pool is very small for a larger resort. Buffet had a lot of choices but the a lot of the same food for all three meals (many breakfast items that we would consider lunch or dinner). Most buffet hot items were cold by the time you served yourself, even if you were there at the start. We enjoyed the wine on tap! Biggest issue for us is the lack of transportation to the hotel. An all inclusive hotel should offer a free shuttle from the ferry. We've stayed at many over the years and they always had transportation included so we found this frustrating. It costs us 30 Euro for a 10 minute taxi from the Stari Grad ferry dock to the resort. It is relatively isolated so this really should be offered all inclusive."
