"Carol was the sweetest and showed us around the property when checking in. We were able to borrow beach chairs as well as she always had fresh baked sweets every day. One of the best stays we’ve had."

"Great location to get to Martha’s Vineyard, and the facility itself was immaculate. Even though we arrived later than we expected, due to traffic, the staff was very helpful in making sure we could have access to our room when we got there. We are definitely going to stay there again."

"We loved staying here. Everything is pristine and clean. The breakfast was delicious - the blueberry pancakes likely the best I’ve had in my life. Very walkable to everything on Main Street. Easy to drive to other beaches further up north. The staff are professional and attentive - what a pleasure."

"The 2 pool were very clean, but the floor around the indoor pool was uncomfortable to walk on. The room was very clean but had a big round stain on the carpet. There is coffee in the lobby and a microwave in the room. I am a senior citizen and they put me and my daughter on the 2nd floor so I had to do the stairs with bad knees. The hotel is a good location for downtown Hyannis"
Heritage House Inn on Cape Cod, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Rooms were recently remodeled/updated.Excellent shower. Outside was q bit worn, as are most structures in the area. Location is the best in town. Very clean, and I don't say that often. Breakfast better than most provided breakfasts. Great staff."
"Every detail of our stay was perfect! We extended by one day and the staff was very accommodating.
Breakfast was excellent.
The only negative is the cost of the water park, expensive for a family.
They should offer packages at a reduced rate for hotel guests"
"Love this place. I have stayed here 4/5 times now, always in the same room. The location is perfect, just a block from the harbor for morning walks or an early evening concert, and a block from Main street with so many shops and restaurants. Try Colombo for delicious Italian food and pastries, and the Daily Paper and Beyond Bagels in the morning.
Its a quick drive to JFK Beach Park or a larger beach just down the road. The staff is lovely and so accomodatiing. Its a great place for value, comfort and convenience."
"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and having onsite parking was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent for our needs. The buffet breakfast was also a highlight. We would definitely stay here again!"
