"Best customer service we have received at any hotel in India during our one month of travel. The breakfast staff did an exceptional job catering to the needs and requests of our young children (ages 15, 13, 11, and 9). We only ate breakfast in the hotel as it was included in the price, dinner was overpriced so we went out. The rooms were spotless and have a really great design. The glass wall shower gave a luxurious and very romantic feel. We had an amazing city view from our oversized window. There are several really great restaurants within walking distance (try NanKing Chinese food and Blue Fox or KFC across the street next to the movie theater). Pool and sauna were enjoyable for the whole family. Plus a great view from the top of the building. Overall, I would completely recommend this place to my closest friends and family. "
