Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was fresh and hot and on site restaurant was good. Room was clean and well appointed. Management were responsive and very helpful. Special shout out to duty manager Abhishek Pardeshi for arranging airport pickup.

The stay was not good. The check in was slow. We arrived very late and were hungry. Bar was closed and mini bar was empty. I also requested for an airport drop and i was told that they had only 1 car and couldnt help me. They didnt even offer to help book a taxi with some local provider. The worst service in my experience.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.
