Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Worst hotel ever

Worsr hotel i have ever encountered. Did not get toslrep there as they had alreasy given my room out and were apologizing and promising me a room the next day cos they were fully booked. Long story short they sold my room to someone who was ready to take more rooms and leaving me stranded before i could manage to get another hotel. They are not worthy of being listed on your platform and a word of advise to people still willing to book the hotel, please c9nfirm your room has not been sold to someone else before embarking on your journey.
