Great Place with a great view.
A wonderful place, very confortable and clean, staff was very polite and helpful, I will return to this property on my next trip to Imbabura, food was also great.

Great hotel, with a magnificent view on the lake, a very friendly and helpful staff, and spaces that make you feel like home... only missing a fireplace to be the perfect accommodation.

We had a good stay except for certain requirements we had asked of the hotel and to which they agreed to. However, they did not meet these requirements and their attitude towards us was not great.

Great hotel but very noisy
The staff were friendly. Great value for money.The room was beautiful and clean and the overall lodge is great. However, the rooms have no soundproof measures. Unfortunately we had gone on a weekend where the hotel was hosting a wedding. The racket continued until 11pm. I suggest if you decide to book here phone first and confirm that it will be a quiet weekend. Because of this we did not enjoy our stay at all. Plus the hotel failed to inform us of such a function.
