Pros: friendly staff Cons: - Not on a sandy beach - outdated dirty room - broken fridge with hair and leftover food - parties and noise all night from other rooms - Not family friendly, it’s a party people hotel - no kitchen just two hobs , no kettle , no toaster , no microwave. -pool area jammed with loungers can’t even walk to the sea area as so many loungers in the way. - kids pool is tiny and filled with adults sitting around it with feet dipped in.

We had a midnight check in. The guy at the desk not very friendly. Unhelpful and not interested in communicating with us. Hotel is lovely and housekeeping and restaurant staff are amazing. The young girl at the desk and young boy are helpful. Location was really good. Not enough sun lounger available. Had its own private beach with a walkway to the sea. Again only 14 loungers on the private beach. Veg choices for meal’s really poor. So be ready to eat lots and lots and lots and lots of pizza. Room Service daily.. Advertisement state’s toiletries available and they are not. No iron available in room have to rent it No kettle in room. You have to rent it. No safe in the room. You have to rent it. Air con not working in room. Complained and no one came. TV remote not working and not replaced as requested Room tax payable daily. No bidets as advertised in room. Ant infestation outside patio door so unable to leave patio door open.

Our party of 10 all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nereida. Reception were always very helpful and friendly, as was bar and restaurant staff. Rooms were very clean and well set out, with towels changed every day. Evening food in restaurant could be improved, but as we were out four of the 7 evenings this didn’t bother us. We all had lovely sea rooms with views of the beautiful sunsets. Pool area was very well set out and cleaned every day. Short walk to buses or to pick up boat to San Antonio/Ibiza old town. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Value Aparthotel
A lovely hotel with large airy appt facing the sea! Just walk down from pool and directly on beach. Lovely staff very helpful. Only had breakfast booked and it was lovely with plenty of choice. Room was a seperate building to main hotel and had to walk outside past pool. Bathroom ceiling had a leak but maintenance were sent and fixed immediately !

We stayed in a superior apartment which had the most amazing terrace overlooking the sea and pool, it is worth upgrading just for the Terrace which is semi private and includes your own private double sun bed and dining area, perfect for watching the sunset! The location is great, a short walk to shops and bars and to port de torrent which has a lovely Bay Area and upmarket restaurants. Loved it and will return again next year!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Nereida. It was extremely clean, lovely rooms, amazing views even though we didn't have a sea view room, the pool area was great. The only thing I could fault it on was that the WiFi never worked for us.

Check in process was kind of hectic.There was a little bit of a line when I arrived but there was only one receptionist that I perceived to be attentive to guests. She was very nice but I had to get the other receptionist as she was texting on her phone while there was a huge line of people waiting to be checked in. Once I asked her she was very responsive but she should be more aware during busy hours to accommodate guests accordingly.

Nice, quiet relaxing stay
Very much enjoyed our stay. We were a group of three friends and liked that we each had a real single bed vs a sofa bed option. Room and balcony were a good size and very quiet which meant we could sleep great at any time of the day. In general the hotel was quiet which was exactly what we wanted. Cooking facilities in the room were good and we often used the kitchenette for meals, could have done with some salt/pepper and washing up equipment but pots/pans/plates were all in good condition and clean. Hotel is a little dated but overall is good value for money and I would recommend staying here.

Very annoying place, over charged, terrible food
No WiFi, overcharged place, terrible food and non friendly staff. The beach close to the residence is a rocky beach, poor access to beach. Not suitable for swimming or sun bathing. Rocks are quite sharp and during swimming you may get injured. Non sandy beach

Good location near the beach,spacious,
Clean apartment, near plenty of amenities . Ideal for families . Lovely breakfast and the staff were friendly and accommodating . Does not have an iron in the room , there’s a charge of €3 a day to rent. Over all enjoyed my stay .

We basically we used the hotel to spend the night, during day time we were traveling around the island mainly beach hopping. Hotel reception staff are friendly and welcoming, especially Eva at the reception was very helpful and informative about the island like free parking places and best places to visit in the island. There is free parking available if you are hiring a car. The room we stayed in was a standard Room with a cooking hob, plates and cutlery. There is NO kettle in the room, if u want one you need to hire one from the reception, Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were given. On the day before the last day the room wasn’t cleaned and they didn’t even take out the rubbish. There is a small pool with sun beds where people wake up early and put there towels to reserve the sun beds, even though in the welcome pack it says that you are not suppose to put towels and reserve the sun beds. Hotel is located in a beautiful rocky beach, with a path way build if you want to swim. Overall it served our purpose and is happy and will recommend this hotel.

I'm just back after having recently stayed at the Nereida for 1 week. I didn't spend any time around the pool or use the restaurant,this was only bcos i had family staying at another place around the corner,but the pool area looked spotless,as did the rest of the place. I had a studio apartment,which was a fantastic size. My only criticism is the lack of items for self catering,no kettle,toaster or microwave,2 rings for cooking is not enough for self catering. As i said,apart from those minor points,i thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.. :-)

Great clean rooms , did get quite noisy on a night (3-4 a.m.)when the chavvy types returned from drinking cheap local ales , other than that would consider a return visit.

Excellent hotel.
Amazing hotel, we had a superior sea view apartment and the view was simply amazing, All inclusive food and drink choices were excellent, our flights back to Manchester were cancelled but unfortunately there were no rooms available to stay here for an extra 2 days as we would have gladly stayed on. Highly recommended, we will most definitely be back here.

I'd come back time and time again!
This is the second time I have stayed at the Nerieda and I would certainly stop again. It's seaview rooms are definitely worth the extra and are simply stunning. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the place is spotlessly clean.

Ok hotel. Room wasnt ready for check in when we arrived. We received some unforseen charges soon as we checked in (150 euros) that we were required to pay upfront . Pool and view was nice. Thats all it has going for itself.

pros:The Spanish food themed night was amazing, 20euros for buffet with stunning sunset they, very tasty food! room is clean,sea view was fabulous! restaurants around the hotel offer good value and quality of food! cons:some rooms can't access to WiFi! don't fully trust the hotel staffs, some are not knowledgeable about the transportation, always ask us to take taxi!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE! The front desk staff during the morning were really mean and impolite. The lady couldn't even crack a smile for the entire 48hrs I was there. I have never met such an unfriendly bunch before. the evening staff are much better. this hotel is really bad and you would be grateful to spend more and stay somewhere better. Its by the ocean but you can't exactly swim in it. The neighborhood is horrible and there is nothing of quality to eat or do around there. Do yourself a favor and actually stay in San Antoni or in the Marina area.

In this case you booked a studio for 2 people and you arrived at the check-in time four people. Was our desire to offer you to paid directly at the hotel the two extra people that were with you, so then you could enjoy your holidays. We hope that you understand our surprise when you paid for 2 people and arrived 4. You must understand that if you only paid the 3rd person for one extra night, our surprise was, four people staying in the room. We apologize that this misunderstanding had disturbed your holidays. Fint opphold. Stort rom med to balkonger. Rommet var ellers bra. Maten var ok, greit utvalg men ingen stor smaksopplevelse. Beliggenhet er veldig bra med gode transportmuligheter like ved til strender og flyplass. Får helt fantastisk utsikt til solnedgang. Bra størrelse på bassenget, men ellers lite å gjøre, savnet treningsrom.

Quarto espacoso e com vista incrivel da praia. Proximo a estacao de onibus, supermercados e restaurantes. Com o transporte publica ha apossibilidade de ir ate a parte central de Santo Antoni e outras belas praias que ficam proximas. Itens de cozinha antigos, panelas ruins. Internet ruim.
