Pas à la hauteur du prix

La chambre ne corespondait pas à la catégorie réservée, il n'y avait ni le coin salon ni le bain à remous. Il a fallu attendre le changement d'équipe pour l'obtenir. Les plats au restaurant et le petit-déjeuner sont minuscules.

Very helpful staff!

The staff was very helpful, going out of their way to help me. The room was descent and the bed was comfortable. Someone on my floor decided to smoke, so towards the evening the smell started pouring into my room. It cleared up later in the evening.

The hotel is very clean, staff are very helpful. The room is comfortable, fridge to keep our drinks in, wifi in the room and cable TV. Breakfast is very basic but ok. The hotel is located on a main route in and out of Ica, due to this traffic noise is constant and the windows in our room did not close fully meaning car horns woke us constantly through the night.

Not a bad hotel

This was not a ok hotel and the room was clean if basic. We had a back bedroom so not much noise from the road but no view either just a very large water tank. For the price this was not bad as got a night free but there are cheaper hotels at the nearby oasis

Recomiendo mucho este hotel.

El servicio fue agradable y muy atento, la limpieza A1, mi mamá enfermó y fueron muy serviciales llamaron a un médico que la atendió. Recomiendo mucho este hotel. Está cerca a centros comerciales y en mototaxi legas al centro de ica en minutos.

One day stay...

If you can handle the heat in the summer, this is a place that you can stay for one day or two. No air conditioning so it gets hot in the rooms. Some of the rooms have bigger windows than others; however, big or small windows the heat still unbearable. Once you lie down on the bed to go to sleep, you will sleep comfortable just using the sheet and not the comforter.

Pros: - Bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de un centro comercial y del mercado. - Personal muy amable - Calidad/precio justo Cons: - La cochera es diminuta, cada vez que quieres salir tienen que sacar todos los carros. - La presión del agua - Mal aislamiento del ruido en las habitaciones, si tienes vista a la calle, si estás cerca al counter, si pasan niños gritando. Datos: Tomar en cuenta que el counter está en el tercer piso (?), se sube un piso en escaleras y a partir de ahí recien hay ascensor.

O primeiro problema que tive com o hotel foi wm relação ao acesso. No prédio onde ele está localizado não há apenas o hotel (esse nem é o problema pois para acessar os andares do hotel há um cartão magnético) e para entrar no prédio tivemos q subir uma pequena escada de aproximadamente 15 degraus (eu, uma criança de 10 anos, 3 malas e 1 mochila - este foi um problema). Quando fomos tomar banho a água não esquentava. Fomos embora no outro dia de manhã cedo (íamos ficar apenas 1 noite mesmo) e o café da manhã apesar de ser disponível a partir das 7horas não estava disponível. Apesar disso bia localização próximo ao shopping

Es un lindo hotel bien ubicado en Ica. El personal muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó demasiado fue el desayuno, la señal de wifi a veces funcionaba mal, pero en general está muy bien.

Per lo standard di Ica è decisamente ok

Visto lo standard molto basso questo hotel è probabilmente la scelta migliore: pulito, confortevole, caldo, servizio ok. Consiglio.
