"夕食前に温泉に入りましたが、脱衣所にゴキが。出て直ぐにスタッフに伝えましたが、「忙しい」の一言で対応して貰えませんでした。 翌日、８時に予約していた朝食前に風呂に入りました。９時までが入浴時間でしたが、７時半くらいに連れ合いが脱衣所で着替え中に男性清掃員が入ってきたそうです。こんな事はあってはならない事ですし、万が一のことを考え女性用風呂には女性スタッフが確認してから、清掃を始めるべきです。"

"想像していた部屋では無かった。写真と違っていた。喫煙可の部屋は写真と違うそうでした。離れ宿で露天風呂と思って予約したのにざんねん。予約する時の写真や説明が分かりにくい。 離れ宿の露天風呂で検索して予約する時に普通の部屋になってらのでは詐欺みたいなもんや。新年のスタートは残念だった。"
