"There was four staff members that made my stay enjoyable. Naomi, Joel and Daniel at the front desk and I lady who always greeted us at the buffet she had a pleasant smile always accommodating. With out those four staff members we would of left and hone to another hotel. "

"Really good location and only a short walk to the bus station. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Puerto , there was something for everyone to eat and very good quality. The building was very clean and had great WiFi . I’ve been here 3 times now and will be booking again in the future."

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. We decided to upgrade to all inclusive on arrival which i would recommend due to the local town being limited for dining options. The dining on offer at the hotel was absolutely great and i couldnt fault it at all. The roon was spacious and clean but a little tired looking. I would have expected more minibqr items to be included with AI. The hitel is expensive but tge quality was spot on. We had the most relaxing lovely holiday "
