"The staff was great. Hotel is beautiful but rooms are a little outdated. Was very disappointed because the information regarding the hotel amenities were incorrect online and when we checked in the pool was already closed. Breakfast was good."

"The orange juice machine was broke the entire time I stayed there for 4 days and they charge double more than Walmart or gas station for bottle juice and water and food. There is only one microwave which is in the lobby and none in the rooms and this is the last time I stayed in spark by Hilton in Colorado Springs"

"Bed had crumbs in it. Pillows and bed had hair on them. No sheets or pillows for pullout bed only 1 sheet and a thin fitted sheet on the top as a comforter. There was loud music playing at 2 am in the room next to us. Doors slamming all night with people talking and banging on doors all night. "

"There was some confusion when checking in, there seemed to be a communication issue between housekeeping and the front desk on when rooms were ready, all of which forgivable. My big problem came on the morning when getting into the shower the wall had 4 very long hairs on it. For the record I shave my head."

"Clean room, great breakfast the only thing is now they charge for parking and they want you to pay advance which is great until you check out and they charge you again to park . I’m not sure I’ll be back and I used to really like this hotel "
