Room was clean but definately needs some care. Paint is peeling off walls & laying on floor. Comfortable bed, nice breakfast, staff was helpful.

I rates the staff/service 1 star because they don’t tell you housekeeping only comes every 3 days unless you ask them. So I had minimal interactions and minimal service

Thank you so much for leaving us a review on your stay! I do apologize that you didn't get room service. Wyndham changed the policy to cut down on waste, and use less energy. Its the Wyndham green program. We do have signs in the the room, and the front desk that states the housekeeping policy. I do apologize that the front desk staff didn't tell you this at check in. I will retrain them so everyone at check in knows. I hope you will come stay with us again if your travels bring you back to the Idaho Falls area.

We checked in and found out the hot tub was closed. This was disappointed after a long Travelling day. The rest of the facilities Were good for a one night’s stay. We chose this on Expedia because we wanted the Hot tub. Should this have been listed on this site out of order? Would have been nice.

The property had a great feel and offered aml the amenities one could wish for! I particularly enjoyed the extensive 24hr tea bar! The things I would improve are the soundproofness of the door, the bathtub is ready for a refinish and has a leaky faucet.

Pool was broken found out 4 hrs befor arriving and had been broken for the 5 previous day the heater in the room was extremely noisy to the point that we had to unplug it due to the control panel not working

I am so sorry you didn't get to swim. I am happy someone was able to reach out to you before your arrival so you had the opportunity to cancel through Expedia. I also apologize that the heater was loud. Did you let the front desk know so we could have had maintenance look at it? We also would have been happy to switch you rooms. Once again I do apologize, and I hope you give us a chance in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay in a family suite with a loft. This room was spacious and well-laid out to suit our needs. Refrigerator worked great, and the fireplace was lovely. Unfortunately, the trim below the fridge was ripped off, and there were several lights burned out. The front desk took notes about need maintenance, so hopefully it was attended to. The sofa bed is TINY... sleeps one and then you can put another small person on the part of the sofa that permanently extends. Pool was fun for the kids... just had to wait for the maintenance guy to finish his chemical testing and clean up sand from someone else. Breakfast was plentiful with a bright, cheerful atmosphere and care by a lovely staff lady who kept things stocked and cleaned. Coffee and tea in the entryway was a nice- especially for getting a hot drink upon our late arrival. Noise level wasn't bad... seems to be a more solidly built building so we didn't hear a lot from the hallway. Overall, a great stay and we'd certainly return if opportunity presented itself.

I stay here often and love it. I gave it a 4 star because of the room location. I was in a room next to the elevator and ice machine, and could hear quite a bit of noise. The room was an executive room, which had a kitchen. The downside to the kitchen was the large window which allowed light to come through. I normally get a basic king room and they are excellent. These are minimal items I wanted to share.

We love staying at the Ammon LaQuinta Inn. We travel to the area often for doctor’s appointments and call this hotel home when we have several in a week. We stay in a king suite which has a couch sitting area, fireplace, desk / work area, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. All the amenities makes it a comfortable space to sleep, live, work and relax. We even bring our two dogs and they have plenty of room to play and easy access to the dog walk / potty area outside. The gym is great for a quick workout. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24/7, as well as convenience items. The continental breakfast is great with lots to choose from and lastly, the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional, and they keep the premises neat and safe. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Idaho Falls.
