"Room was great! Hotel was very clean and well kept. However, we had issues with our tv. Also, we were not able to charge anything to our room. Which wouldn’t have been an issue, but the card machine wasn’t working and they could only accept cash."

She was short, nasty, REPEATEDLY called my service animal a pet after multiple corrections, wanted my credit card for “incidentals” but couldn’t define incidentals and got irritated ..."
