"The location and room layout were absolutely excellent. We also loved the lounge / kitchen area downstairs. There were just a few things that need a bit of work. For example there was no coffee machine or even cafetiere coffee. Also the washing washing didn't work properly - and supplies of things like toilet tissue were stingy. But overall it was a great place!"

Top Idle Hotel Reviews

Clayton Hotel Leeds

Clayton Hotel Leeds

8/10 Good
"Clean, well maintained hotel , well furnished and great team. BUT - BREAKFAST is much under the expected standards of a Clayton hotel. Awful plasticky looking and tasting scrambled eggs, no fried eggs, poor quality sausages, poor choice of cold meats, poor choice and quality of pastries, tinned tomatoes… try to avoid breakfast if u go. The room prices are too high for the quality of breakfast on offer. I’ve been to many Clayton hotels all over the UK- the breakfast in this one is absolutely under the expected standard"

Frequently asked questions

Can I find a holiday rental in Idle?

Yes, there are holiday rentals close to the most popular sights in Idle, or you can select a more secluded option if you're looking for a relaxing stay. Our travellers say Idle has a good selection of restaurants. Make sure you have time to check out the bars and sporting events during your trip.

What’s there to see and do in Idle?

Explore the area and family-friendly sights such as National Science and Media Museum, or get out into nature at a spot like Lister Park. Leeds and Liverpool Canal and Salts Mill are a couple of places you'll find in the wider area.

What’s a holiday rental in Idle like?

Holiday rentals are private properties where you can stay for a few weeks, or just a few days, in Idle. Holiday rentals feature extras such as hot tubs, fire pits and patios so you'll feel right at home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can provide a sense of privacy away from public hotel lifts and busy lobbies while still allowing you the experience of travel. You'll also have more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is an attractive option for a family trip or a small group gathering.
