"The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was fantastic. The location of my room in the hotel was a little odd, with access through a "Staff Only" door and past the storage but it was comfortable."

"Good value for money hotel. It was basic but rooms were clean. It is in a bit of a run down area with only 1 small shop nearby but the tram into the city centre stops right outside. Be warned there is no lift and there are 4 floors."
