"This is nowhere near a 4 star hotel. 3 with a push. Aircon broken on arrival. Bathrooms and room never cleaned once during my 4-day stay. At best, towels were changed and bed made. Nothing more. I even had to ask for a replenishment of shower gel. Luggage scattered around reception (no safe storage closet).
