"This place is NOTHING as advertised. I checked out 2 hours after ‘check in.’ Nothing as advertised. Needs serious cleaning. Staff were polite but extremely unprofessional. ‘Reception’ staff were laying on the couches watching TV like they were in their homes. Need to communicate better about prepayments on the platform and at the property. "

"I only stayed one night but the hotel was really clean and modern. I had a lovely meal at Azure grill and a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed. The hotel is also ideally located close to the airport. "

"Nice place to stay However while most of the staff were lovely and efficient- some could do with putting a smile on their faces and not ignore someone who has paid for a room. It would also help if bar/ restaurant staff were up to date with availability in the kitchen. It took us three goes to order our meals as we were informed “ not available” AFTER ordering and waiting patiently "
