"The staff are amazing. Every single one of them. They are so helpful and always smiling. Best hotel staff I've encountered. Even at night, my hotel room was changed when the air con stopped working. The only cons are, the smart TV could not connect to the internet but I barely used it and the shower needs to be updated and taken better care of."

Further more, please apply silicone sealant in the bathroom shower to room/cubicle 1032 as it floods the bathroom after each bath/shower causing very serious health and safety issues. You may want also as a suggestion improve protection to the balconies with transparent/airy pallades. Good hotel and would be highly recommended to friends and family. Thank you"

Unfortunately, my last day there it seemed like they had issues with their credit card machines, which was a major thing because it wouldn’t allow any of my cards to go through even when I went to the ATM machine to pay for laundry that I had done. Fortunately, for me, the room was paid for."

Everyone from the parking lot attendant, the reception staff to the lift attendants were friendly, polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and was quite tasty.
