"Before we booked the hotel, I read the reviews and was not disappointed. Very satisfied with our stay. The view from our room was excellent. Mayon volcano was really beautiful .The view from the rear parking lot was even better. Service was excellent from the front desk staff,to the breakfast staff, to the housekeeping and the security guards. The hallway to the parking lot was beautifully done. Rooms was a good size. And the bed was comfortable and the amenities was just right. The separate toilet and showers was nice. The location was excellent, church across the street and a short ride to SM mall. Although we did not use the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport it was nice to know that one was available. "

"I stayed in 4 different hotels including a Lower Penthouse apartment during my holiday in the Philippines and I can honestly say Ninong's was by far the best. The room was good, clean and spacious, the pool was very good, fabulous for a night time swim but the breakfast blew me away, tons of choices something for everyone and it was hot, unlike many places where it's barley warm. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was not perfect was the tv, could'nt get it to work but this in no way effected my opinion of this hotel. Transfers from the airport are available at a very good price no rip off's here . Very happy with my stay and as a frequent visitor to Legazpi I will deffinatly be staying at this hotel again. 10/10"

"Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. Wifi wasn't the best and some primary outlets in the room really should be replaced. Very worn out. The included breakfast was very simple but you could order a bit more if wanted. Not a lot of choices. Overall it was nice and enjoyable and clean."
