"Hotel was closed down. Was being actually shut down by health and safety department as we were checking in. Waiting for our money back from Expedia they were going to contact us but are still awaiting their call."

"At check in, we were notified there was no available parking. We had to park off property....and pay a daily rate every morning at 6am. The room was NOT clean.
