"Nada,llegamos a merzouga y no encontrabamos el hotel, pasamos dos horas deambulando por merzouga,y nadie sabia donde estaba"

"The hotel manager was very helpful, collected us from Merzouga and drove us back and forth to the MaMa Africa music festival. (We travel by bus not car). The staff were keen to help and i was able to have several large pot of Lipton (black tea) with milk......bliss. The food seemed good although we didn’t have a main meal as we ate mainly in Merzouga. The pool was wonderful and wine was available at a good price."

"The property accepted our 2-night reservation 2 months ago but they were closed when we arrived. We had to find another lodging option on the spot. Not even an apology from the owner that we could contact on the phone. Terrible experience! "
