"We could here our noisy neighbors . Woke us up around 11h30 pm. So the walls are not isolated. Also the outdoor chairs on the picture look nice but are full of mold. But the chairs and table on the terrace were nice. Quite spaciouse appartement and great that it was on 2 floors. The appartement is very confortable. Everything you need is there. Overall for the price, it was nice. The establishment is not responsible for the noisy neighbors."

"When i arrived, cleaning wasn't done. Staff explained that the cleaning service didn't advise them and had issue with number of check in this day.
I came back 1h30 after and it was done. Staff was quick and helpfull , communication was done by phone as there is not reception ( appart)
I stayed 1 day and i found Bed Bugs in the beds !!! I was on the apt 1st floor.
Be very carefull !!! I have bits everywhere, and the bugs i found was big.

"Great accomodation in Machico. Very good communication when arriving late to pick up key. Breakfast was fab with some of the best bread I have ever tasted. Room was great with a view over the Ponta de sao lourenço, has very good bus links to other parts of the island and some great walks in the local vicinity. Also very close to all amenities in Machico. Bus station 10 minutes walk but there is also a bus stop within 4 minutes walk. Bed super comfy and the shower unit superb. Would definitely recommend and would use again. Cheers😁😁"
