"Perfect stay in a perfect location - well appointed room, well equipped shared facilities, and phenomenal location for hiking and restaurants alike. Felt incredibly safe as a solo female traveler. 10/10 I’d stay here again!"
"This property is located in the middle of a local micro-vineyard. The place is modernized but kept old rustic decorations that made me feel warm and cozy. Staffs are super nice and the breakfast buffet was very good. We ate a formal dinner and the environment was so romantic.
I was somewhat surprised that my room did not have a refrigerator."
"Our room was basic but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. It’s a nice location, easy to walk to everything and access the train to the monastery. The walls of the hotel are very thin so you can hear most everything in all the other rooms so bring ear plugs! Staff is very nice. "
"This property is in a good location for accessing the city - but that’s where the good things about this property ends. The property is deceptively appealing - it looks nice from the outside and inside the hallway, but the apartments themselves leave much to be desired. First, the floors are filthy. I had to wash my feet off every night. Second, the bed and the pillow are like sleeping on rocks. A “duplex” with a sofa bed that is not fit for human sleeping… third, the shower is tiny, can barely turn around. The overall cleanliness is lacking in all areas. Fourth, the walls are so thin you can hear the apartment next door talking at all hours. Totally interrupts sleep and makes “enjoying” the basic need of sleep impossible. Lastly, the people who run this apartment are not eager to help you at all. Their reception hours are extremely limited and they do not assist with booking cabs etc. made my trip more stressful than it already was under the circumstances (family member in hospital). Overall, would not recommend this property. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. "
"It's a beautiful and tranquil property nestled in the mountains with a lush open field. It was the perfect place to recharge and spend some quiet time."
"I encountered several issues during my check-in process. The staff member at reception was also responsible for working the bar, which resulted in long queues and a very slow check-in experience. Furthermore, the first two keys I was provided did not work. Each time I had to return to the desk to resolve this, I had to wait for 10 minutes and then 15 minutes respectively. Ultimately, I had to be moved to a different room.
On a positive note, I would like to mention that the young man who worked the reception in the evening was super helpful. His ability to speak English was a significant bonus and greatly improved my experience.
"
"Lovely rooms, lovely bar, lounge areas and pool. The hotel is well presented.
The only issue was that the children are not allowed in the indoor pool at any time of the day or night, and strangely, there was no butter to go on the bread at breakfast, even when we asked!"
