"A beautiful, old-style hacienda with all the modern conveniences. Beautiful views, an amazingly kind and helpful host, fantastic kitchen and bathroom amenities. I deeply enjoyed rambling down the farm access roads and discovered an amazing bonus in the restaurant next door: weekday lunch deal for less than $15 -- including a bottle of their own vineyard's wine! My only issue was with public transit -- the buses in the area are more aspirational than predictable and taxi drivers don't like taking fares into the country. Rent a moped to get to and from the local train stations (which are cheap, clean, and *very* reliable)."

"Nice hotel we stayed here to visit the L'O restaurant, no coffee or tea facilities in the room, had to goto the bar to get a morning coffee sorry but at this level I expect a kettle or coffee machine in the room :("

"This was amazing from start to finish. 5 star service. The staff treated us amazing and the hotel was so romantic. If you are considering it for a special occasion absolutely go for it. They left us a bottle of cava and macaroons in our room! It’s only a 5 minute taxi from a train station and the train took 1 hr from Barcelona. We did the wine tour and Alex our tour guide was fantastic - I’ve done alot of tours before but this one was so gripping. 10/10 from start to finish. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. "

"no phonic insulation between the rooms, next door guest watched very loud TV, i called reception to do something at 2am...and finally turned off at 3 am...but then at 5am the other room went very loud. Not a place to go if you need to sleep a few hours."

"This property is exquisite. The hotel is stunning - design and details are all so thoughtful. Everyone was very accommodating to all requests and needs. The breakfast in the morning was incredible. The olives we had as a snack were the best olives I’ve ever had still cannot stop thinking about them. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing and beautiful tranquil stay. Can Ferres is the perfect retreat!"
