"Everything was amazing you just need to make sure people know when it says a continental breakfast that it’s gonna be $12.50 a person. It was a beautiful hotel and super comfortable I’ve just never had to pay for a” continental breakfast “ that would be it"

"Room was great. Location near busy roads was a problem with traffic noise. Motorcycle racing till 11PM. Could not change room but was offered earplugs. I’m assuming the noise on street side rooms is a common problem. That is my only complaint."

Room was quiet even though it fronted Union Ave, the main street and was right next to Market Square. Location was superb and walking distance to a plethora of dining and shopping options as well as Old City. Hotel was charming and the staff was superb.."

"Our room was not clean and the refrigerator did not cool I called the staff to let them know I came and cleaned downstairs didn’t go upstairs and said oh we are sorry we have been busy and that’s why it was clean as it should. Then the very next day I get charged $75.00 because they said the bathroom was something on the sheets from the kids. I ask to talk to the manager and they said they would call me right back well 5 hours later no phone call "
