They can arrange for transportation to or from Marrakech (40€) and even Casablanca (110€). We arrived during Ramadan and COVID. "My friend and I stayed here during a trip to climb Mount Toubkal and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we arrived to departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at the hotel who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. "Our 4 night trip to this special place exceeded all expectations . The accommodation and amenities are everything you would expect from a luxury hotel but what sets it apart are the staff . Everyone we spoke to from the Restaurant and Pool staff to the Managers were local people who live in the nearby villages and genuinely love where they work and how they are treated .They are happy to share their own stories and make it clear that they only want the guests to enjoy their experience . We were treated to a room upgrade with magical views . Little things- complimentary mini-bar , free water and ice creams around the pool are great touch’s . The planting throughout the hotel is incredible - we will definately be returning"

The staff are without exception fantastic and couldn’t do more to make sure your stay is exactly what you want it to be. The scenery and surroundings are absolutely stunning and you can immerse yourself into the local culture very easily if that’s what you want to do or if you crave being in the hustle and bustle of the city then transport into Marrakech is easy to arrange."

"The staff were incredible. The food amazing. The rooms super comfortable and great. The property was so peaceful and they were willing to help at every turn. Even free laundry which was a necessity at this point in our travels. All the delicate clothes came back in perfect condition. The starts were some of the brightest we have ever seen. It was a little slice of heaven. Very reasonably priced on all accords. Highly recommended."

"We had a great 2 night stay specifically to do some hiking. These were easy walks in the foothills. If you don't walk then there is nothing else to do apart from relax. Hassan was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice served in the garden 😋 Only negative was the bed... I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor it was so HARD!"
