"Felt at home right away! Hili Apts is in a perfect location, just a walk or short driving distance from the main section of Tiberius town. The apartment was very roomy, complete kitchen needs, awesome hot shower w excellent water pressure. Parking available on the property, which made it convenient for unloading of luggage and groceries. Anat the owner is a wonderful person. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"We had very bad experience with the owner of the apartment. We were there for about 2 hours and could not find out who is the owner of the apartment and could not get the keys. When we contact Expedia to force cancel the reservation, someone came with very bad attitude. We final didn't stay there. "

"I did not have a change to stay but they did understand it was out my hands and they gave me a voucher for 2 years. They didnโt have to but they went above and beyond and I will definitely stay in this place in the future and for more days. I book another place in Jerusalem and they didnโt want to give me a voucher, they didnโt even want to consider a voucher or change of dates. So I do recommend this place to anyone. "

"If the air conditioning had gotten the room cooler than 26C on our first night, Iโd have been happier. The other problem - was the mould and unclean appearance of the shower and the fact that all 3 shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. I liked the hotel staff and appreciated the room was quiet and comfortable but AAAAGH how do they accept such low levels of deep cleaning? "
