"I accidentally keyed in the wrong dates and called the hotel immediately to make a date change to coincide with another booking I had made for a July date. . The telephone line was not operational, and the phone company announcement said that the callee (the hotel) had failed to pay its bills. This does not give confidence that the hotel meets the most basic standards. I was later charged for the room I never used although I tried to immediately call the hotel. I have cancelled my other booking...
