"Çalışanlar çok ilgili idi. Orman kenarında güzel bir yer idi. Ancak dışarısı soğuk. Otelde bizimle kalacak olan Arkadaşlara diyorum şimdi otele gireriz, sıcacıktır. Ancak radyatörler yanmıyor, klima da çalışmıyormuş. Odanın ısınmasını 2 saat sırtımızda palto- manto ile bekledik. Meğerse bazı müşteriler önceden arayıp benim oda ısıtılsın diye bilgi veriyorlarmış. Görevliler sağolsun ilgilendi, kombiyi yaktı klima sorununu düzeltti. Odanın kapısına çıkınca kışın soğuk yüzünüze vuruyor. Ara...

"Staff are very helpful and professional It’s a good spot for a day rest. We were driving from Trabzon to Istanbul. The whole place was clean, but our room was not. The carpet has spots all over and coffee area was sticky. Also the air conditioner was working but the heat system which was a different unit was working too and we couldn’t turn the heat off. "
