The communication with the property is all done online and is professional and clear. If you need something they are quick to reply. My only feedback is that the furniture looks used and is a bit stained, and you are expected to bring out your garbage and recycling but you are left with no bags to do so. "We got the cheap studio with the sofa beds that dont have such great reviews. However, we turned them around and put them together to make a big bed. They were quite comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good quality. Very satisfied. The only issue was that there was no dish soap in the kitchen.
