Nice hotel attached the the Mall. Lots of restaurant and near city center. There is kettle inthe room but no coffee and no complimentary bottle water. Also the should personal kit already in the room not waiting for.the quest.to request. Overall good hotel.

Surprisingly good.

Was expecting a cheap crappy hotel, but the hotel surprised us. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. The location at the mall is perfect. Very likely to book again next year.

Limited amenities. Have you ever stayed in a hotel where in a 3rd day, they will just leave fresh towels, toilet paper & toothbrush on the bed without cleaning your room?

We found cockroaches in our room. Notified the staff. Next day they wanted to move us so they could fumigate the room. Had to gather up everything and move. We wound up with a lesser room.

Nothing special place. Air conditioning didn’t work properly they switched me rooms but it didn’t work properly either. Maybe they were saving $$ and only let it cool to a certain point which was 80

Simply as a heads up, and in fairness we did show up early…we were asked to wait until 2pm check in. We came back at 3pm to give them extra time. We were told to wait another 10 minutes since they hadn’t gotten to it. Other than that, the shower water was hot, the drinking water cold, no complaints!
